The 2023 ACEC Texas/Morrissey Goodale Business Conference took place this week on May 10th & 11th in Downtown Dallas at the Sheraton Hotel.
The Business Conference consisted of 3 business roundtables: Information Technology, Accounting / Financial (CFO) and Human Resources. The roundtables were a chance for professionals from member firms to discuss issues facing their firm in today’s engineering industry. DCS, Brittany Swinton and Ross Strozewski, attended the HR Roundtable that covered industry topics such as Recruiting in a Tough Labor Market, Company Culture, Remote/Hybrid Work Policy and Developing Leaders.
