Design and Construction Services for a Water Treatment Plant

Camp Strake Boy Scouts Camp in San Jacinto County contracted DCS to design and construct a water treatment plant with a capacity of 0.5 Million Gallons per Day (MGD), serving 2,000 campers.

This project was groundwater-sourced, including an 800 ft deep 14-inch casing and a 150 Million Gallons per Minute (GPM) gravel wall packed potable well. In addition to the well, DCS constructed two 60,000-gallon ground storage tanks, one 4,000 gal hydropneumatic tank, chlorination equipment, and a concrete electrical/control building.
