Commerce Center is an approximately 160 acre, master planned business park consisting of many individual tracts of land. The project included preparing plans, specifications, hydraulics and hydrology, a dam safety plan, sanitary sewer lines, waterlines, box culvert storm sewer with inlets, roadway, sidewalks, and detention pond overflow structure, roundabout with pedestrian crosswalks, grading, and site work. Preliminary and final platting of the entire commerce center tract for the public infrastructure was completed.
