The project included the replacement of the existing membrane modules in two of the five treatment trains with new and larger capacity membranes. DCS staff prepared and submitted Direct Integrity Testing (DIT) calculations and updated capacity calculations to the TCEQ for approval of the project and a rerating of the membrane system to 22.0 mgd (an increase of 4.5 mgd). DCS led the membrane performance team (City and GE staff) to determine the actual peak production of the new membranes and water plant rerating.
