Design, Engineering and Construction Services for a private development in Travis County

DCS was contracted to provide a full-service private water distribution system, with sanitary sewer, storm sewer drainage, detention, and paving installation on two lots located within Spring Hill Village, an Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) of Travis County. The project included the construction of approximately 500 Linear Feet (LF) of water main and 400 LF of wastewater pipe. DCS coordinated with Travis County, the Municipal Utility District (MUD), and the City of Austin. DCS was responsible for the development of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and all coordination with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
