Site Planning for an 1,163-acre Industrial Park

Design, Engineering and Planning Services for an industrial development in the City of Hutto

DCS was contracted to provide development services for a 1,163-acre lot owned or optioned by the City of Hutto to attract industrial development to the City.  DCS researched and analyzed all aspects of the site to produce a set of exhibits summarizing the existing, proposed, and future infrastructure and utilities necessary to serve the development. This packet serves as an important marketing tool for the City to attract prospective buyers.

Additionally, DCS provided a variety of consultation services to assist with site development: a boundary Survey with metes and bounds for the 1,163-acre site; technical support to assist prospective land buyers; test fits for preliminary site layout to assist prospective land buyers; and financial support services for the developer and prospective land buyers. Ultimately DCS supported more than half a dozen prospects, providing a variety of services to aid in their purchasing decision and attracting new businesses to drive revenue for the City of Hutto.
