West Brushy Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant

The project included the process analysis of the existing plant to meet a new permit limit and determine the maximum treatment capacity of the facility with nutrient removal limit. DCS provided Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systems (TPDES) permitting, prepared an Odor and Nuisance Control Plan, equipment pre-purchase bid package, preliminary engineering, final design, bidding, construction administration, and negotiation with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) services for the rehabilitation and process modifications for this 40 year old facility to meet new TPDES criteria.
